This document explains the purpose and structure of the group. It helps everyone to understand the group’s role, how it works, and what is expected from its members.
Perinatal Management Plan
This perinatal management plan can be downloaded and is to be used as directed in the “Prenatal Diagnosis of Congenital Heart Disease and Perinatal Management SOP”. This is to improve communication between obstetric teams and the neonatal teams looking after the baby. The parents should be given a copy of this plan.

PPV Advert
This is an advert that can be downloaded and printed locally to be displayed in hospital waiting rooms and wards etc. It can be displayed in any clinical area where patients and families might see it and be interested in joining. (can we create a QR code to put on the advert) that can be scanned to enable people to fill in a quick form expressing an interest there and then?
