Clinical guideline describing the assessment and medical treatment of PDA in premature babies. This document is produced by the North West Neonatal Network and is to be used in conjunction with the referral pathway for surgical ligation.

Perinatal Management Plan 

This perinatal management plan can be downloaded and is to be used as directed in the “Prenatal Diagnosis of Congenital Heart Disease and Perinatal Management SOP”. This is to improve communication between obstetric teams and the neonatal teams looking after the baby. The parents should be given a copy of this plan.
