A rare case of Moya Moya Disease, having a re-vascularisation (EDAS procedure)
Mr Kamaly, from Manchester Children’s Hospital, who has accumulated a special interest and experience in this procedure, came over to Alder Hey to jointly operate with Mr Mallucci on this young lady.
The procedure was a great success and they are planning to perform the same procedure on the other side at the end of the year
