We had a fantastic opportunity to work with the Somerville Heart Foundation to put on an event for young people and their families. It was held at Outdoor Elements Activity Centre in Lancashire (Home – Outdoor Elements Outdoor Activity and Team Building Centre) who provided a day of outdoor activities that was both challenging but was great fun. The patients and families who attended were able to meet the staff and a great day was had by all. Watch the video to see what we got up to:
