Get in touch below

The Network team would love to hear from you. Please get in touch to either give us some feedback of your experience or if you have any suggestions as to how we might improve.

    Over due appointments

If you think that you or your child’s appointment may be overdue and you haven't received an appointment as planned, you can call the cardiac secretaries who will do their best to help. You can find the secretary's telephone number at the top of either a previous clinic letter or by calling the hospital switchboard and asking to be put through to the secretary. It is especially important to chase the appointment if you or your child are usually seen every 3-6 months and this appointment has not happened as expected.

    Feedback about your experience

We want to hear about your experience of using our services. Whether you are a parent of a child with a heart problem or an adult with a congenital heart problem. You might be a carer or family member who wants to provide us with some feedback.. We want to hear about care that has been exceptional as well as care that might need to improve. You can provide feedback via our on-line feedback surveys. The patient surveys are always open so that you can feedback as many times as you need to. Please click here for more information and how to access the online surveys or use our QR code below.
