About
What We Do
We are a collaborative network dedicated to providing lifelong, comprehensive care for children with heart problems and adults with congenital heart disease (CHD) across the North West, North Wales, and the Isle of Man.
Whether you are a patient, family member, or healthcare professional, we are here to support you every step of the way. Our mission is to ensure every person, regardless of age or location, has access to the highest standards of care. By working closely with hospitals, clinicians, and community services, we strive to provide coordinated, compassionate care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
